Talk about...Wow, your blog is absolutely stunning! Talk about extreme makeover, not that it wasn't adorable before though. I LOVE the colors! I will have to get some tips from you about how you did that.....I know you said you had help....that I would definitely need. The "toes in the grass" story was so touching. You guys are making memories every day with your girls! Isn't it amazing to see God's plan for you as parents unfold? He wants you to have a gazillion more joys with your gilrs like this one, so do we!!! Chase didn't like the grass on his feet either until about 3. One of his sensory preferences. He doesn't like to touch food - another sensory preference. We all have some here and there. I can't stand my feet touching something wet. We all have issues!!! Maryn, is about game for anything, she's more about tastes. She likes things spicy and she detests bad breath and lets you know about it! So ready to get our kids together at this reunion picnic. I am going to take your advice and take a break from this planning, hopefully Tony is too. We appreciate our spouses putting up with us during this busy prep time! Oh, and the early pronouns should come, they're hearing you use them and with being a teacher, what better model could they have? Using "my" is a great two-word phrase game to play in their room, etc. You'll be hearing: "It's Mine!!" before long I am sure. Kids kinda get stuck in 3rd person, it seems. I have had a lot of kiddos who did that and the parents were like: "where's the pronoun?" I've noticed that if I teach to he/she/it plus verb + ing with action pictures, they like this because they can color the pic and talk about what the kid is doing in the picture (more like 2 1/2 - 3years). It is kind of neat b/c at this age, they receptively know "boy" and "girl" and I think if you start there with the respective pronoun (actually more higher level than "my"), the kids pick it up fast. Sorry for the novel and sorry Tony about the teacher talk, :) Thanks for the updates!jkcmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02846526460831516596noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15027518.post-4833607548569886572008-04-25T09:31:00.000-04:002008-04-25T09:31:00.000-04:00Dear lil ones, yes God is good all of the time and...Dear lil ones, yes God is good all of the time and when i read about how excided your momma gets over your sweet lil toes , I wonder about all the great firsts things to come.
