Thankful Thursday

I'm thankful for so much...and I'm emotional today, so it's best if I don't post a long one...

How about, instead, YOU tell US what you're thankful for by leaving a comment! YES, even you lurkers. Even those of you who NEVER EVER EVER leave a comment. Uh huh, I'm looking at you!

I just want to praise God for all of YOUR joys today. So, yep, it's all about you.

Ahem, now's the time to comment. Go ahead, click it...COMMENT!

i really like this idea you have.

today, something i am extremely thankful for is that God has surrounded me with some amazing women. He sure knew what He was doing when he stationed us in Illinois. They are a blessing.

I am thankful for health insurance that covers my chiropractic bills. Also, I am blessed with the best chiropractor ever.

I'm thankful for my little guy. He's so healthy and such a joy. We waited 8 long years for him and can't imagine our lives without him. Praise God!

so, this has nothing to do with your post, but i was too lazy to look and see if your email address was available. but... PCOS
it stands for Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease... but it's more of a chemical/hormone inbalance and one of the leading causes of infertility. most people don't know they have it until they decide to try to start a family and they can't. it is usually, but not always, a combination of missed cycles, excessive hair growth, weight gain, acne. those are the most typical. there'a host of other things. then to be diagnosed, you ahve to take provera to get things going and then get some other blood work and tests and ultrasounds. frequently people ovaries are filled with cysts... which are actually just eggs that formed and didn't ovulate so they harded into little cysts in your ovaries. and their's typically a low level of progesterone and a higher level of some male hormones. can be controled with the birth control pill. can lead to type 2 diabetes and uterine cancer. sounds joyful! don't you think?

I'm thankful that God has all things in HIS control.....even PCOS!! :) I'll even say it, I'm thankful for PCOS. I may not be as thankful if I get uterine cancer or diabetes, but I will try!

I'm thankful for great friends. Even if they live too far away and we don't see them enough.

(I am also, here within, correcting my agreegious and thoughtless oversight that you so helpfully pointed out on my Wall) :-)

We love and miss you guys!

I'm thankful for my bloggy friends... who always have a timely word of encouragement when I need it. Just call it one giant prayer chain! :)

And looks like you've got a topic going on in the comments! I have PCOS too... and I guess if there's a good thing about it - those missed periods! Oh darn, huh? :)

I'm thankful for my health, my friends and family and in today's economy I'm very thankful for my 2.5 jobs. Today I shot pictures of a vehicle accident that left a 17 yr. old girl dead. It got me to thinking of a wreck I had back in 1998 when I was headed east and lost control of my Mustang and ended up in a ditch heading west. It was a miracle my car didn't flip. I'm thankful for His hand on me that day.
