Thankful Thursday

Today, I need this.

I'm thankful for whiney children. I'm thankful they grump, pout, cry, complain, sneak, and shout. Yes, you read that right. I'm thankful for all of that because that means I have children. Children who aren't afraid to express their opinions. Children who trust us enough to know that they can be their ugly selves and we'll still love them. (Kind of like our relationship with God!)

I have been blessed and challenged to raise two of God's chosen ones.

Thank you, Jesus!

BUT HE DID PROMISE,STRENGTH FOR THE DAY ,CONFORT FOR THE TEARS, AND LIGHT FOR THE DAY.JUST LOOK UP, HE WAITING. LOVE YOU ALWAYS, MOM

GREAT Thankful post!! Yes indeed, whiney children are way better than NO children!!

And YES, it's exactly like our relationship with the Lord!! Doesn't He deeply love us, despite our whining? Yep, He sure does. I'm not sure why! :) But that's just the way He is and I'm so thankful!

What a wonderful reminder. Yes, we have children--with ALL that they bring.

I missed reading about your precious ones while away. So glad to catch up today.

Be blessed, friend.

That is soo soo sweet! What a great attitude. I knew I was glad to be your friend.

I am so happy you got those girlies! Remember June a couple of years ago... sad time for all of us!

Also, if it is the last thing I do... I am meeting those girls when this crazy school year is over. If that's ok with you, that is!

Hugs for you and the girls
